Immediately following the variety name in our list is the size and color classification number. The first digit indicates the floret size in the following five categories:

Small, or Miniature

Florets 2 1/2" to 3 1/2"

Florets 3 1/2" to 4 1/2"

Large, or Standard

Florets 4 1/2" to 5 1/2"
